To join UTCH, you will need to fill out a membership application including the Statement of Faith, which is located on the second page of the application. Mail your membership form with a check or money order to the address listed on the membership form. Our high season for memberships is August to October. At other times of the year, our volunteer membership secretary does not check the mail as frequently. Please be patient, but if time seems excessive feel free to contact us.
